Replacement/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for damaged items. Instead, we will replace the damaged item. However, to initiate a replacement, we require a proper unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt.
Exchanges/Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage, you must provide a proper unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the item upon receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon approval of your replacement request and verification of the unboxing video, we will proceed to send you a new item.
